01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 25ph2 platform available at 25ph2.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "25ph2," or "the Service"), you ("the Player," "the User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of 25ph2 following any amendment or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Definitions

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

25ph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

5.2 Deposit Rules

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All Games on 25ph2 are governed by the rules published within each Game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific Game rules, the specific Game rules take precedence in respect of that Game only. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each Game before placing real-money wagers.

6.2 Fairness & RNG Certification

7.2 Wagering Requirements

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 25ph2 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any Game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer games or poker-style formats
• Exploiting identified software errors, bugs, or glitches in any Game to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or process illicit funds through the Platform
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 25ph2 staff members through any communication channel
• Engaging in any conduct that could reasonably be deemed to compromise the integrity of any Game, market, or sporting event covered by 25ph2

09 Intellectual Property

All content on 25ph2, including but not limited to the platform interface, logo, graphics, text, game presentation layers, promotional materials, and the selection and arrangement of game titles, is the proprietary intellectual property of 25ph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 25ph2 without express prior written permission from the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 25ph2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game information; losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to a player's failure to secure their credentials; or losses arising from circumstances beyond 25ph2's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 25ph2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Nothing in these Terms limits 25ph2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

In the event of suspension, the Player will be notified and provided an opportunity to request review except where legal or regulatory obligations preclude such notification.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the 25ph2 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

25ph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any such dispute.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 25ph2 regarding a Game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the Player must first contact the 25ph2 support team and exhaust the Platform's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external legal remedy. 25ph2 aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of a formal complaint being submitted.
